Our deck and back entry stairs take a beating from full Sun year round. Deck Medic of Lake Norman repaired and finished our deck and stairs, making them look better than new.

The owner is a true professional and I appreciate all work John put into our deck.

John from Deck Medic said he would be at my house at 2 pm and he showed up exactly at 2:00, I guess it is his military background -when he says he's going to be there, he is there! he walked me through the process, gave me a very fair price and now I have him scheduled to come out first week of March. I am happy to give business back to someone who spent 20+ years in the military.

John was excellent. Was always timely and responsive. The deck was done as expected.

John, with Deck Medic came to our home and gave us a comprehensive estimate and plan for our deck. They arrived on the date they had originally planned to start the project. The young man that did the 3 step cleaning process worked all day to get the desired effect. The oil base stain & sealer looks great. We are extremely happy with the finished deck. The process was on time, questions answered, work ethic was outstanding.VERY impressed, adjustments. They worked with you to make sure that you were happy.

If any company deserved TEN stars, it would be Deck Medic of Lake Norman. Having married a military man, I know how important a man's word is. Everything John said came to fruition. His workers were great and my deck has never looked better. I also had them pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk....they brought it back to looking new!

Great experience with Deck Medic. The porch needed help and now looks amazing! Would recommend to anyone with a deck or porch in need of a little TLC.
